Yayasan Inovasi Malaysia (YIM) is looking for a creative and innovative, dynamic, energetic and enthusiastic Malaysian citizen with vast corporate experience to fill
the following position:
CHIEF EXECUTIVE OFFICER (CEO)
Required Competencies:
• Minimum qualification a university degree;
• Dynamic, results-oriented leadership with a strong track record of performance;
• Able to analyse, provide insight and utilize team approach to drive organisational improvement and implement best practices;
• Superior interpersonal skills and capable of resolvingmultiple and complex problems (sales, promotion, legal, financial operation);
• Vast experience in managing company and willing to work with various parties of the community (including Disabled Peoples’ Organisations) corporate sector, Non- Governmental Organisations and various government institutions; and
• Good network with the corporate sector, NGOs and government institutions as well as good communication (spoken and written in English and Bahasa Malaysia) and computer skills.
